Did you know that a smell conjures physical and emotional responses in you?

Yes indeed it does. It can conjure happy or sad memories and can help give a natural boost to your day too! The practice of using aroma’s for wellness is called Aromatherapy. Aromatherapy is a form of alternative medicine that uses volatile plant materials, known as essential oils, and other aromatic compounds for the purpose of altering a person’s mood, cognitive function or health.

I Use Essential Oils For Natural Energy

Whenever I’m feeling sluggish, instead of reaching for a cup of coffee or something to eat, I take a few deep breaths through my nose and down into my belly, exhaling slowly.

Then I diffuse and/or take a few whiffs of any of the following Essential Oils.
  • Eucalyptus
  • Peppermint
  • Rosemary
  • Wild Orange

Take It To The Next Level

Once your comfortable working with single oils, you can begin to experiment with synergistic blends. That’s when you blend different single oils into a yummy smelling combination!

Synergy:  The action of two or more substances to achieve an effect which each is individually incapable.
Blend:  To combine or mix so as to obtain a new mixture; to become merged into one; to harmonize.

I recommend you use only high quality essential oils.
